in my opinion, i think public display of affection is an offense for it makes other people in your vicinity cautious. If you do "PDA", you end up destroying your own reputation.
For me, public display of affection is very bad. Why should you show your love publicly? Do you want to see others make love in front of you? I hope people can see the wrong in PDA. I hope i made my mind clear.
PDA is bad because it shows illegal view. Young ones might see what they did and they will also do it. PDA is showing bad to people. It is illegal and also not allowed to be seen. PDA must not be shown in public
Public display of affection, or PDA, for me, is not wrong, but it is also not right. Since it is done in public, the people commiting PDA have the same rights as the people around them. But, the people commiting PDA should also show respect to the people around them. So it is respect that should be questioned, not the act of PDA.
It actually depends on the relationship between the certain people. PDA does not only target lovers, but families and relatives as well(It's not exactly for lovers only). I don't believe it is a bad thing simply because it shows how much a person is happy with the people he/she is with. However, there is a limit as to how much you show your love towards someone in public. It's their choice if they want to display it or not, as long as they can respect the public.
For me, PDA is bad because it is not just right to show your affection to someone infront of the people around you. You can show your love to someone in a different approach when you're in public. I for example, when you are in a mall and you do pda,don't you notice people stare or look at you?
wouldn't you be bothered? that is my opinion on why pda is bad.
Public display of affection ,or what we call PDA may be good or bad. It may be good in a way because it shows love to a person.It is also good when it is done during the right time, right atmosphere or place and bad when it is done the other way around.Love can be shown in many ways, not just only through PDA. We should always be cautious about the environment around us to decide wether it is the right time and palce to do a certain action.
hmmm... PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION is neither good nor bad. I don't know myself either why I came up with this answer for I have not yet been really inlove with someone. You just have to limit yourself like all the others said especially mottie. THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING. The society as of today has really been open to this kind of stuff but still some others don't. So, do it in the right place and don't ever get caught by an old geezer! That means a really big trouble for you mister or miss or whoever you may be. :D
For me, public display of affection is bad. It is bad because you show a wrong doing in public places. You show a wrong doing because what if the children saw you kissing they will also follow you because they think that what the elders do are correct. You show a wrong doing because you shouldn't do that in public places because there are many people looking at you. That's why public display of affection is bad.
For me, public display of attention is not right. Although love is expressed in that way, it's not etiquette to show such behavior in public. We are not like animals where we could do whatever we want, anytime and anywhere. We humans were given the freedom and we should exercise our freedom with self-control. We could express our affection towards a person in a lot of ways without PDA. The only way to prevent PDA is doing things at the right place and in the right time.
Love can be expressed in many ways, but in our time now, it seems as if people, especially teens do more than what is enough when it comes to expressing love. They do it everywhere these days, from the parks, to schools and movie houses. For me, this phenomenon, Public Display of Affection or PDA as we like to call it, is bad. Not only does it contribute to the pollution of childrens' minds, but also serves as a stepping stone for other issues like PMS(pre marital sex). Thus, I can conclude that this particular case is really bad and needs to be stopped in this early stage.
