What is trust? Trust is merely where you expose your vulnerabilities to people, but believing they will not take advantage of your openness. We feel trust. Emotions associated with trust include companionship, friendship, love, agreement, leisure, and comfort.
We have friends and special someone in our lives to whom we share our secrets and express our feelings because we believe we trust them… but the fact that not all of them are not good in keeping their mouths shut gives us doubts in trusting other people. It will change your outlook on things. Reality speaks itself. It’s like a crystal; once broken, it would really be hard to put back the pieces into the right place. Although it could still be fixed, it requires a lot of time and a lot of sacrifice to get things back to the normal.
People’s lives are never perfect. We should always remember that we shouldn’t be afraid to trust because it’s one way of showing your love and one of the greatest gifts you could ever give to a person. We should always bear in mind that the ‘golden rule’ is a simple formula for creating trust. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” So learn about trust, how it works and how to build it. If you do it well, other people will give you the earth. If you betray them, they will hunt you to the ends of the earth.
